Process
I took an online assessment on Codility which consisted of three questions.
Two of the questions could only be answered in C++. The last question could be answered in C++, Java, or Python.
This was followed by a phone interview a few weeks later.
Questions
Phone interviews do not involve any coding. They focus more on one's understanding of concepts regarding memory, Operating Systems, etc. (at least in my experience).
