Pros: Everyone loves the platform. It gets alot of attention from developers and the market in general. It will be great for your next CV and for your next career move.
Cons: There seems to be an insider group, and the rest of the employees are just outside the group. Compensation is way below the market rate.

Cons: Compensation is sub-par, to say the least.
