- Interesting topics, and very helpful feedback from colleagues and community
- Great work-life balance
- No micro-management, which means you literally organize your tasks yourself, and that can be a con as well if one prefers more management
- Not too much technical debt to handle yet
- You need to get used to the full async organization of working in a remote-first company. But if you like working like this, it is definitely a plus!
- Don't get distracted by everything happening in the ML community, otherwise you'll get lost.
