Pros: - Generous WLB.
- Decent exit opportunities.
- Decent learning opportunities.
- Friendly and clever people.
Cons: - A technical ceiling exists, and the company does things OK, but not excellently.
- It is hard to gain much more from grinding way harder, unlike other places, if you are very motivated and compelled to do so.
- The company feels much more cautious than similar firms. It moves slowly in areas and can be boring.
- There is a decent amount of politics which hinders R&D.
