Graduate Software Engineering Interview Experience - Amsterdam, Netherlands
Process
I applied online.
Got the OA after about 1 week, then another week to receive the SparkHire, another week for the recruiter screen and then a technical interview.
Despite being rejected at this stage, it was also my first ever technical interview in software engineering, so overall still a positive experience since I learnt a ton from it.

Also, to be fair, I believe it was a nice place to work a while ago.Cons: Very volatile atmosphere. There is no intention to build anything for the longer term, be it in terms of software, architecture, infrastructure, or teams. Immature clique of leaders, cowboy mentality, and no commitment to anything or anyone.
