Pros: Great environment with friendly people who are genuinely interested in seeing you succeed.
Very technically detailed; even in benign lunchroom conversations, you learn a lot. People are willing to share their knowledge and will listen to you regardless of seniority, background, and so on.
The food is really good.
Cons: A lot of internship commitments. If you're not on top of your own time management or have other things going on, you will struggle.
You need to spend the time to make sure you stay on top of things, or else you'll be left behind.
