Software Developer Interview Experience - Sydney, New South Wales
Process
There are multiple stages. The first is a 3-hour coding test with 3 questions.
Then, there's an aptitude/numeric test and a personality test. This is followed by a video interview.
After that, you'll have an on-site interview, which consists of a coding station (laptop) and a problem-solving station (whiteboard).
If you pass this stage, you'll be invited to a "super day" that is similar to the first on-site interview. If you make it through the superday, you will get an offer.
