Started off with an online assessment of three coding questions. I was then invited to move on to an online interview, but I never heard back. The online interview was pretty strange. A question was presented on the screen, and you just had to record your answer. I thought it was pretty hard.

Pros: Almost all employees were top-notch and very dedicated.
Cons: Mid-upper management wasn't qualified to manage, and outside resources brought in were a detraction rather than a help.
