One OA, one logistic interview, and one video interview, then onsite. The video interview is a recorded interview which needs the candidate to read the question, prepare the answer, and start talking within 15 seconds. The OA was fair. The logistic interview was harder, but the result was not valued a lot.

Pros: Lots of smart people, probably a good employer for people who just finished university. Also, to be fair, I believe it was a nice place to work a while ago.

Cons: Very volatile atmosphere. There is no intention to build anything for the longer term, be it in terms of software, architecture, infrastructure, or teams. Immature clique of leaders, cowboy mentality, and no commitment to anything or anyone.

Pros: Lots of smart people, probably a good employer for people who just finished university. Also, to be fair, I believe it was a nice place to work a while ago.

Cons: Very volatile atmosphere. There is no intention to build anything for the longer term, be it in terms of software, architecture, infrastructure, or teams. Immature clique of leaders, cowboy mentality, and no commitment to anything or anyone.

Pros: Great culture, extremely intelligent people. It feels very startup-like. Travel, breakfast, and lunch are provided. Lots of new developments are happening in the industry now. Phenomenal hours.

Cons: The software stack can be quite small compared to tech companies, so the work feels smaller in scope.
