Absolutely terrible experience. Recruiter initially reached out to me for a New Grad role, despite it being clear I am not a new grad. They asked to schedule a call, then ghosted me for a month.
Afterwards, they sent me a meeting invite at midnight for the next day, without any additional communication.
The recruiter I spoke to on the phone was extremely unprofessional, and borderline rude/demeaning. This person clearly did not put even a minute of time towards reading my resume (asking me questions regarding my graduation date, when again it is clearly stated on my resume I am graduated), and asking me which stage of the interview process I am currently in (that's quite literally your job to tell me). In addition, they gave very rude and demeaning responses to answers I provided.
Afterwards, they sent me a link to a typical coding assignment which I'm expected to complete within 48 hours. Of course, this was just a series of copy-paste LeetCode questions with zero effort.
The experience really shows how little they value prospective candidates and potential employees, and I would recommend avoiding a place like this where your time is not respected.
