Process
Straight to the point. You either pass the coding assessment and move forward, or you don't. They are pretty nice throughout the process, but really be prepared for a difficult programming test.

A good place to work if you're smart and ambitious
Software Engineer • Former Employee
Sydney, Australia

Pros: Good pay
Good benefits (lunch, barista, amazing view)
Smart coworkers
Cons: High expectations, which will probably need long hours unless you are very productive.

Utter lack of transparency
Software Engineer • Current Employee
Chicago, Illinois, United States
January 24, 2024
Pros: The fully stocked kitchen is very nice and very welcomed. If you have to be in the office daily, you might as well get fed at work. This is done well.
Cons: Very little transparency in decision-making. They tell us a few things here and there, but major things just happen, and we cannot ask questions, nor are we given reasons why. Long-term employees are being terminated, senior people, but the firm does not communicate. And if they don't know how to communicate, hire a PR firm that can tell you what to say. Right now, the silence is deafening and is hurting morale.

Good Pay, Toxic Culture
Software Engineer • Former Employee

Pros: Pay is competitive.
Good benefits.
Cons: Toxic. I saw more politics and brown-nosing than real work.
