Phenomenal compensation.
Work in the Willis Tower.
The most friendly and amazing collection of people.
Cons: Really not very much. I've had nothing but a positive experience in my short time here this summer!

Pros: The culture is the best among the HFT/quant space. Great hours, smart and fun people.
Cons: Pay is slightly less than places like Citadel, Jane Street, HRT, etc.
