Got a HackerRank challenge first. It was LeetCode medium.

After submitting the challenge, I got HireVue questions to finish.

I received a rejection letter after.

The HireVue questions were personality questions plus very basic computer science topic questions.

Questions

What is the feedback you get for your work and how had you improved?

Explain queue and stack to a non-developer.

Why IMC?

Then there were computer science concepts. You need to tell if it's True/False and why.

Most of the behavioral questions are posted on Glassdoor.

Pros: The culture is the best among the HFT/quant space. Great hours, smart and fun people.

Cons: Pay is slightly less than places like Citadel, Jane Street, HRT, etc.
