Lots of smart people, probably a good employer for people who just finished university. Also, to be fair, I believe it was a nice place to work a while ago.
Very volatile atmosphere. There is no intention to build anything for the longer term, be it in terms of software, architecture, infrastructure, or teams. Immature clique of leaders, cowboy mentality, and no commitment to anything or anyone.
Obviously, management at IMC never cares about their employees or anything they are told, so it's pointless to fill this one in.
A very fast process despite having many steps. Steps: * Home coding task * CV screening and technical questions * Big coding session (theoretical and practical tasks) * Technical interview (questions checking how deep the technical knowledge is) *
CV screening, then HackerRank online assessment coding challenge that lasts two hours but has to be completed in 48 hours. One medium LeetCode question and one hard LeetCode question, which is not very typical. I do not know the further process.
Completely appalling experience, do not recommend it at all! Coding Challenge -> Recruiter Phone Call -> Video Interview Did a HackerRank with 2 questions: * Knight's Tour Problem * Implement a Stack with Increment Option. Next step was a 15-minut
