The fully stocked kitchen is very nice and very welcomed. If you have to be in the office daily, you might as well get fed at work. This is done well.

Very little transparency in decision-making. They tell us a few things here and there, but major things just happen, and we cannot ask questions, nor are we given reasons why. Long-term employees are being terminated, senior people, but the firm does not communicate. And if they don't know how to communicate, hire a PR firm that can tell you what to say. Right now, the silence is deafening and is hurting morale.

The truth will always set you free. Sometimes just communicate honestly without filters.
