Tough problems, super smart people, awesome environment.
Honestly, I can't think of anything.
It was a tough one. An individual needs to be a professional in coding in order to break through the interview. I feel the company should reduce the size of the problems because one hour would not be sufficient.
I applied through college or university. For the online assessment, there was a question about calculating info from an order book. It helps if you know how one works beforehand. There was only one question, and coding was preferred in C++ or Java.
Contacted after a job fair, I was sent two screening problems via email. Next was a Skype interview, and then a final interview at their offices in Chicago.
