The management does not know how to manage. The process was as follows:

Infineon came to our campus and gave an online test for shortlisting. Initially, they said that only the shortlisted ones would appear for the test. At the last minute, they declared that everyone who filled the form had to appear for the test. Later on, during the test, many students experienced grievances, but there was no response from the management.

Still, I managed to clear the test and appear for the interview, which was the very next day.

My interview went really well, and I cleared two rounds of technical interviews. I was the only one from my college who was shortlisted for the third round and was told that I would receive the HR call the next day for the third round.

Later, they never called and simply said I was not selected.

That's how it is. Even after getting shortlisted, they simply declined. They don't have any respect for anyone's time and energy. They declined my profile for no good reason.
