Overall, it was a very pleasant interview and not one-sided at all. I didn't have the feeling like I was sitting on one side of the table while all of them were sitting on the other side bombarding me with questions. The interviewers also presented Infineon to you and their experience so far with the company.
Hiring Manager + HR round: Motivation, salary expectations.
Technical round: Mostly about my final year thesis and some basic technical questions related to the position.
