Process

The whole interview process was conducted online.

The first interview was a get-to-know interview with the hiring manager, with introductions from both sides and preliminary screening to see if both sides fit.

The second interview round was a technical interview with the same hiring manager and two more senior engineers from the team.

The third interview was with HR, with standard questions about motivation, skills, and salary expectations.

Overall, it was a very pleasant interview and not one-sided at all. I didn't have the feeling like I was sitting on one side of the table while all of them were sitting on the other side bombarding me with questions. The interviewers also presented Infineon to you and their experience so far with the company.

Questions

Hiring Manager + HR round: Motivation, salary expectations.

Technical round: Mostly about my final year thesis and some basic technical questions related to the position.
