First, a videoconference interview with the experts of the technical team, lasting about 1 hour. This first contact was meant to present my background and my technical skills, and it was also an opportunity to detail the everyday tasks for this position.
Then, a second on-site interview was planned with the technical team and the talent attraction manager. This interview was focused on my soft skills and my behavior in order to see if I could fit Infineon and the team.
After a bit more than 1 hour, I had the opportunity to visit the laboratory and I had an informal chat while drinking a coffee with 2 members of the team. Both interviews were time-efficient and friendly. Infineon refunded the expenses related to traveling to Munich and hotel accommodation.
