Interesting and friendly conversation, then ghosted!

I had two interviews:

1. HR
2. With the hiring manager

Mainly questions about my background and why I want to work for the company and in the role.

They told me they would get back within 2-3 weeks as they had many candidates. I wrote a follow-up and got a response that they were in the process. Now, 10 weeks later, still no response.

I know you are busy, but please value candidates' time and effort and provide feedback and a clear rejection. No communication is not acceptable, especially for such a company like Infineon, where one of the questions was how my communication style is, lol! Next time I reply to this question, I will follow Infineon's example; I sometimes ghost people just out of fun.
