Interviewed with the director of the department and two other senior members. I think they just called me for the interview without looking at my resume. During the interview, they raised different questions that weren't relevant to my experience or the job role. I got the feeling this was just a fulfillment for the mistake they had made, calling a candidate without going through their resume. Wasted one hour discussing irrelevant issues.
