It was a nice conversation. Pleasant. It also lasted longer than an hour. However, I had actually expected a second conversation; however, nothing came for 6 weeks. I then received a rejection.

Focus on work experience and technical issues, detailing how they were systematically addressed. I was asked about management skills and how I handle multiple engineers. It was a very detailed discussion on how issues were addressed.

Had to go through two interviews. First interview with the hiring manager and director. Second interview with the Technical director & head of unit processing. Interview duration was one hour for each session.
