Great atmosphere to work in. Senior colleagues are always ready to help. No micromanaging from my boss. Free to speak my mind without retaliation.
It is very hard to get promoted, per employees that I spoke to who have been with the company for more than 10 years. It has a very high level of bureaucracy, so things move very slowly. They want a quick product to market, but they have bureaucratic barriers that slow down product release.
They need to cut down on the bureaucracy and give the engineers room to innovate.

I was called in for the interview but the interview was not conducted. I was told to leave the resume with them and go. I don't understand why they would waste someone's time if they aren't even willing to conduct the interview.
