Work-life balance, overall, is good.
Low paid and fewer benefits
Easy and fast interview process. Interview with 2 supervisors from the department whom I was going to work with on a project and one hiring manager from the same department. Just 1 interview.
1 online test (all MCQ) followed by 2 technical rounds and 1 HR round. Then, an offer letter is issued, based on performance in the above rounds. And that's it.
Three-round interviews: manager, technical, and HR. They were quite nice and asked a lot of detailed technical questions, related or not related to my projects. For HR and the manager, they asked me some questions: * Relocation * Salary expectation
