Good facilities and knowledge growth, but poor management
Good facilities and knowledge growth, but poor management
Good facilities; horrible lunch at Ahmedabad; technical knowledge enhancing; good corporate policies.
Management, confused expectation, bad location if Ahmedabad, bad food in Ahmedabad, deep internal politics, terrible employee support from HR and stringent policies, and return of relocation needed if you leave or they terminate you in 2 years.
Make it lucid; get a clear goal and understand what employees want, make realistic goals, and reduce meetings.
