Please ensure the salary difference between the same level is not big. I feel demotivated to realize another colleague with the same responsibilities and sometimes higher workload is earning a higher salary. Yes, he or she got a higher salary due to a previous company salary that was higher, but the disparity should not be too significant.

Smooth. He started with my projects, and then asked me about my grades. Then he gave me questions on string data structures and then on array data structures.
Applications Engineer
In the 1st round, some coding questions were asked, like swapping two numbers, and some computer architecture fundamentals. In the next round, some design-based questions were asked, and the approach was observed.
