Simple and laid back work.
Multiple layoffs, and working with international teams that slows things down to a crawl, and boring work.
Great experience, friendly interviewers, fair questions. Applied online and had two rounds of interviews focusing on problem-solving and coding. Asked a question, worked to the answer, then complicated the question, etc.
It was difficult, but the interviewer was chill. If you prepare for at least a month, you can crack it. It was on campus for me, and the package was 10 LPA. The questions were about Embedded C, VLSI, ARM, AEC, and DEC.
Quite simple. The interviewer checks your background and experience based on what is stated in your resume. One or two tech rounds at the max, and usually whiteboard-based, where you are asked to write some sample code for any particular question.
