Extremely unprofessional.

I applied online and received a response asking for a phone screen with the recruiter fairly fast. It went well, so we scheduled a Google Hangouts call with the hiring manager.

No one answered during the scheduled meeting time, so I emailed my recruiter for an update. She said she would check with the hiring manager and didn't get back to me until I emailed her again asking for another update. She didn't apologize for me waiting an hour for the hiring manager, but we set up another time to talk with him.

The second time came, and no one answered again, so I emailed my recruiter again. She said she would check in with the hiring manager and again didn't get back to me.

I emailed her again a couple days ago asking for an update, but received no response. I guess Instacart basically stood me up twice then ghosted me?

Honestly, the very first initial phone screen with the recruiter was fine; she was really nice. But in general, the company seems disorganized and unprofessional.
