They kept trying to schedule a chat in the next 30 minutes or so. Initial communication went well, and suddenly the recruiter refused to reply to any emails.

Pros: I loved how you could set your own hours.
Cons: The app did not work all of the time. Once I had to drive to what they thought was the right address to confirm it and then drive to the actual address, which was a pain.
