Process
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks.
- Initial round with HR: Standard filter questions followed by a take-on-your-own-time coding interview on CodeSignal. There are coding challenges, 2 easy and 2 hard.
- Technical rounds: Followed by 2 technical rounds that were completely Android and Appium focused.
The job description says Appium or similar frameworks, but the interviewer only focused on Android and Appium. Even if you have transferable experience, they don't seem to care about what your experience is. There were no questions on what the candidate has built, how they approach automation challenges, or evaluation of the candidate's ability. It was a misaligned job description with the actual interview.
