I initially got in touch via someone who knows a founder, and then cold-emailed them.
I went through an initial phone talk and two coding tests at home.
After that, I came onsite for what I thought was an interview, but it was actually a multi-hour onsite code test. I was given a task and a laptop and asked to implement a specific app.
Following that, I had a brief talk with the CEO.
