It took one month from applying online to getting a call from the recruiting manager.
He said my profile looked great and matched the responsibilities well. There was a 30-minute discussion, mostly on my experience and projects from my resume. He expressed interest in having me for an onsite interview.
However, I didn't get a call for another four weeks. I had emailed him multiple times but received no reply.
Finally, I got a call and was asked for convenient dates. After that, I haven't heard from them again.
Initially, it looked very promising, and I was hoping to get the job since the manager seemed so excited. But I was kept waiting for so much time with little communication that I no longer wanted to work with him. At least they could have intimated me about their decision.
