Pros: Great perks like stock options, a decent work environment, and an okay work culture.
Cons: Racism and regionalism from those who have been sitting in the same positions for years. It's a "divide and rule" kind of policy on the IT/software development side of the workforce.
There are no onshore opportunities while being in India, or only for those of the same region, etc.
It's not a very healthy environment to learn, while the company encourages change in technology or domain.
There's a lot of politics too, but what can one do? Such is life at most places.
