Pros: Great work-life balance. Good scope to learn in various fields in semiconductors, from design to fabrication.
Cons: Semiconductors is a niche field. Being in a role for a long time may feel stagnant, but it does take time to understand the technology and business.
Compensation may feel just okay, but considering work-life balance, it's good.
