It was a telephonic interview. They called me and asked me about the position for which I had applied. The interviewer was a lady, very polite and firm. She enquired whether I was ready to take a telephonic interview the very next day at a given time. I agreed.
The next day, she called me at the exact time she had specified and started with personal questions, such as the usual 'Tell me about yourself' and 'How interested are you in this post?'. After about 10 to 15 minutes, she began asking technical questions.
The first few questions were directly linked to my M.Tech main project. She seemed very familiar with my project subject and was keenly interested to know more. Afterward, she switched to basic questions covering topics like types of semiconductors, CMOS, MOSFET, and current equations.
She was very friendly and supportive throughout the interview process, even asking me to relax and drink water in between. The entire process lasted for about 30 minutes.
