The interview was short and included a few behavioral questions. I would advise preparing for the worst, as they asked questions I hadn't encountered before and wasn't sure how to answer. You will be fine, just prep hard!

Pros: - Great place to learn cutting-edge technologies.
- Nice overall compensation.
- Nice offices & benefits.
- It has an area dedicated to help the community (Community Team).
- You can develop a "career path" inside the company.
Cons: - Not a software company. Most projects never see production.
- No clear direction is given by directors and managers (at least for the Software Division).
- Annual performance reviews based on meritocracy can be very subjective. They are also counterproductive to teamwork, as in the end, you need to compete with your colleagues for the same amount of budget.
