Great Company, not the CEO Intel needs

Pros: Direct management was very good. Projects were interesting and challenging. The team was top-notch.
Cons: No vision at the top other than cost cutting.
Current CEO comes off as an unempathic bean counter. RTO policy, benefit cuts, and poor communication are driving good people with options away, and creating yet more internal conflict (survival mode).
