Interviews seem aggressive, with jobs appearing to have been pre-decided before they even occurred.
I wouldn't recommend joining this company, as future prospects appear limited.
Furthermore, since the recent layoffs, staff morale has been low. All senior staff have been replaced with cheaper, younger, and less experienced individuals.
