Three-Round Interview.
Submitted online application. I was contacted by a recruiter a week later. We talked a little bit about the position and culture. It took about 20 minutes.
Received an email and confirmed the date and time for the second-round phone interview. It took about 2 weeks after the first phone screen. Interestingly, the manager wasn't on this interview; it was done by senior engineers. Some straightforward personal and skill-related questions were asked. It took about 30 minutes.
Onsite interview with the manager and engineers. This was broken down into 5 sections, about 20 minutes each. It covered personal aspects, past experience, skillsets, and technical knowledge. Lots of crisis and time management scenarios were presented. It was more personality-focused than technical.
