Process

I received an employee referral to apply for this job. Intel's human resources department contacted me through email a few days later.

Around a month after I applied, an Intel operations manager contacted me for an interview. They asked me questions about my resume, if I was still interested in the position, and my availability. They then provided me with a study guide listing topics to prepare for the next interview, which was scheduled for the following week.

My second interview was a two-hour session with a different operations manager and an Intel engineer. The two hours were divided into two one-hour segments: one with the operations manager and another with the engineer. I was asked behavioral, aptitude, and study guide questions. This interview involved significant math and critical thinking.

Two weeks later, I received and accepted their job offer. The compensation package exceeded my expectations.
