Engineering Manager In Bangalore, India Interview Experience - Bengaluru, India

Process

I was referred to the position by people internal to the company. It took quite a while (over three weeks) for them to get back.

I was phonescreened by a senior manager, which went well. I had to follow up the next week to get invited for face-to-face interviews.

I was interviewed by four senior managers:

  • The first interviewer was fairly abrasive.
  • The second and third were very sincere and friendly.
  • What took me aback was the attitude of the fourth interviewer. He was positively bored, yawned repeatedly through the process, sneezed, and wiped his hand with the back of his hand.

After the interview, it took me two weeks to get a response from them, despite repeated reminders.
