I applied to two positions online. I received a phone call for both applications for screening purposes, and face-to-face interviews were then planned for both.
I received confirmation for one face-to-face interview and was awaiting confirmation for the second. I completed the first face-to-face interview, which was very technical. I answered all questions correctly, and the interviewers were polite and professional. Unfortunately, this is where the company's professionalism ended.
While still awaiting confirmation for the second face-to-face interview, I was abruptly rejected for that position without ever having had the interview.
After waiting three weeks for any offer or rejection for the remaining position, I emailed HR and was told I was still 'under consideration.' Another three weeks passed, and I reached out again, this time without a response.
This was a totally disorganized hiring process and disrespectful to potential candidates. I do not recommend this company.
