Process
An HR representative contacted me about scheduling an interview. After many back-and-forth emails, I interviewed with my direct supervisor and a manager on the team.
They provided their hiring decisions to HR by the end of the week. A few days later, HR contacted me to provide information for a background check.
Approximately two days after the background check information, I was emailed by HR asking for a time and phone number to discuss an offer.
