Process

This is for my internal transfer back in 2020.

I had a 3-round interview process:

  • 1 interview with the manager
  • 1 phone interview with engineers
  • 2 on-site interviews with engineers

The interview process took about 2 months.

However, the transfer date was the tricky part. The old and new managers needed to agree on the date to transfer. Normally, this might take about 2-4 months. In my case, it took about 2 months for me.
