Process
The hiring process was straightforward and took around two weeks. The process involved:
- An online application
- A prescreening call
- A phone interview
- A face-to-face interview
The phone interview was focused on my CV with a few technical questions at the end. The face-to-face interview was half behavioral and half technical.
The technical questions were based around:
- Boolean logic (gates and truth tables)
- Statistical analysis
- Simple software programming tasks
- IV characteristics of semiconductors (diodes, transistors, MOSFET’s)
