Process

The hiring process was straightforward and took around two weeks. The process involved:

  • An online application
  • A prescreening call
  • A phone interview
  • A face-to-face interview

The phone interview was focused on my CV with a few technical questions at the end. The face-to-face interview was half behavioral and half technical.

The technical questions were based around:

  • Boolean logic (gates and truth tables)
  • Statistical analysis
  • Simple software programming tasks
  • IV characteristics of semiconductors (diodes, transistors, MOSFET’s)
