Pros: None, not a great place to work.
Cons: Shifts are a killer. The atmosphere in there is cutthroat, dog-eat-dog culture. Pyramid employment where the most hard-faced get by dumping on the softer ones.

Cons: It's not perfect. There are a number of things I could name, but mostly things you would find at any company. Politics as usual.
Corporate America is the same everywhere, I imagine.
