Cons: Too often, bosses would violate HR guidelines without repercussions and would often target employees for using time off (even excused and approved time off).

Cons: Intel tends to retain underperforming employees for too long. Once someone is in, it’s very difficult to manage them out — even if they consistently lack drive or fail to meet expectations. This can lead to long-term impacts on team morale, accountability, and overall performance.
