The interview process consisted of three stages:
The process was a little slow initially. The recruiter who contacted me seemed to forget about me, and I had to email several times to set up the phone screen. However, once the date was set, things started to flow smoothly. The technical phone screen was also difficult to schedule, but once we set the date, everything went very smoothly.
My case was slightly different because I was given one more interview after my on-site interview for an engineering position. However, the process remained the same.
The in-person interview was about 45 minutes of questions and 15 minutes for my questions. You can expect two technical questions and two to three behavioral questions. The technical questions covered various topics, including gears, pulleys, electronics, basic engineering principles, and basic chemistry.
