Manufacturing Technician Interview Experience - Hillsboro, Oregon

Process

First, I had a phone screening with an operations manager that went over the job role, expectations, and schedule.

Second, there was an onsite interview with three technicians and an operations manager. These technicians are individuals you would work with. This interview had both a behavioral and technical component.

The behavioral interview asked questions about situations involving teamwork, handling difficult situations, and addressing a negative coworker.

The technical part of the interview was the hardest. I would review double bar graphs, percentages, SPC charts, and proportions.

I'm currently waiting to hear back.

Questions
