Pros: They suck you in with good benefits.
Cons: Their low salaries, because you don't have a Master's in engineering, perpetuate poverty. I couldn't afford anything due to the cost of living being too high and the salary being too low, even though I have a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering. And their elitist mentality meant I was never moving up in the ranks.
